In the late afternoon, we made a stop at Zabeel Park (🅿️10 AED,🎟️5 AED) to walk around and take photos of a 150m rectangular “picture frame.” It opened in January 2018, right between historic and modern Dubai, and provides grand views of both parts of the city. But we could not enter it since we did not book tickets in advance. Galleries on the ground floor tell the story of Dubai (the past) before visitors are whisked up to a viewing platform at roof level (the present). The final stop is another gallery depicting a vision of Dubai 50 years from now (the future).
